Our interview process is simple, straightforward, and informal. Rather than trying to tell you how great we are, how good you can be, and all the rest of the irrelevant interviews, tests, and tactics companies do – we’d rather bring you out in the field with us so you can draw your own conclusions.
Some people fear a performance based work environment. We couldn’t imagine it any other way. There are no ceilings, caps, archaic “move up the ladder” steps, or pretty much any kind of limitations on what an individual can accomplish with Appreciation.
No cold calling, friends and family requirements, or “pound the pavement” requests from us. We work smart. We know where are customers are and have several marketing strategies to get in front of our customers that are both effective and efficient.
We’ve grown over 40% year after year five years in a row. We have even more aggressive goals over the next five years to double our production and growth rates. And most importantly, we’ve got the market, platform, and opportunity for like-minded individuals to come along for what will be a great ride.
